The package manager supports connecting to one or more package repositories

There are two types of repositories

WebService Repository

These are repositories using web services created with the ASP.NET Web API and a SQL server databse

Local Folder Repositories

These are simple folders containing package files

Both types support packages with multiple versions but only the web repository supports security with public, private packages and unpublished
