Deploying a Library Workspace

The system will make sure a folder called Libaries is present under the workspace root folder

The library workspace will be installed under the Libraries folder with the Package Name

After installing the library workspace the library needs to be added to the workspace

this is done by adding an entry into the [Libraries] section of the workspaces sws file

A workspace will need to be reloaded in the Studio after installing a package
